  A delightful, all-inclusive facility. Great buffet selection, friendly staff, and well landscaped grounds to take a stroll through. Loses a stair for cleanliness. Dust everywhere!

  Overall had a great time with Charlie, make sure you ask for him when you book. Made lots of friends, most of which I don't speak to anymore.

  As for the comments about it being a labyrinth, while true the staff recognize this by making it mandatory for a staff member to escort you everywhere for the first 4 weeks.

  Where do I start with this review. The staff was great, always made sure we were on time everywhere we needed to be. They also made sure we understood the instructions very clearly.

  It's best hotel, and i liked it. The Breakfast is Outstanding and brilliant restaurant recommendations are just incredible! If you're a 'Foodie' you must visit, hotel is very comfortable, very good location, secure parking, qualified and friendly staff. Hygienic norms are not to quite up to standard. The room was very stylish. I loved the high bed and especially the tiled floor in the bathroom.

  The Concierge informed me to avoid the crabs. The Executive Chef said they weren't serving seafood at the time. Never been so confused in my life! The Porter must have been busy, I had to lug my bags up 8 flights of stairs. I wrote a stern letter to the Manager. His name is "Commandant" or something, if you have any complaints.

  The rooms were small, but can accomodate multiple people. Don't expect any privacy though. Room service was inexistent, and don't even wait on the maid to do your bed. Wake up calls included every morning.

  The rooms are a little too noisy - and for the price you are paying you might expect a lower decibel level.

  Exelent weight loss programme dispite eating as much as I possibly could still managed to lose 15 pounds just in the first 4 weeks

  The food was ok-ish. Not the best I've had, but it's one of the best in the resort family.
